If you have NOT HAD a hunting outdoors card in the past you will need to call NRICS for your big game certification at 1-800-387-7011 and arrange to email them your hunting credentials (previous big game hunting license or hunting safety card).
After you have spoken to them you will send an email to NRISC@ontario.ca ; format your email as SUBJECT: ATTENTION (name of person you spoke with) I certify this is a true copy of Ontario hunting information. You will email a copy of a previous or current big game hunting license or Hunter Safety certificate.
